How does data banking work?

On eligible deals, whatever data you don't use in a month rolls into your data bank (up to the deal's cap) and gets used automatically once your monthly allowance runs out.

Does my phone work with Shift?

Any unlocked phone that works in Australia will work with Shift. For eSIM you'll need an eSIM-compatible device — most phones released in the last few years are.
