Is there a setup fee?
Standard connections on an existing nbn® line have no setup fee. If nbn® co needs to install new equipment at your place, they may charge a new development fee which we'll flag before you order.
Do I need a new modem?
If your current modem is nbn®-compatible and unlocked, you can keep using it. Otherwise you can add a pre-configured modem when you order.
Will my internet drop out while switching?
Switching providers on the same nbn® line is usually seamless — most homes see little to no downtime on changeover day.
What if I move house?
Plans are month-to-month, so just tell us your new address and we'll move your service — or cancel without exit fees if the new place doesn't suit.
